2026/4 Update Notice

📊 In-app NPS surveys
NPS (Customer Satisfaction) surveys can now be displayed within the app. Until now, in order to collect NPS data, it was necessary to send an external survey by email, and the low response rate and the difficulty of linking it to the product experience were issues. With this release, surveys are automatically displayed to target users at the right time within the app. No user intervention is required. Surveys are automatically displayed based on the set criteria.
✨ Improvements
Automatic redirection for logged-in users
If you access the login page while already logged in, you are now automatically redirected to the main app screen instead of displaying the login form. Even if you access from a bookmark or an old link, you can navigate to the correct screen without any extra action.
Dashboard widget anchor links
An anchor link has been added to the title of each widget on the dashboard. You can copy URLs that link directly to specific widgets and use them when sharing insights with teammates via Slack or email. How to use: Hover over the widget title and click the anchor icon that appears on the right to copy the URL. The recipient can jump directly to the corresponding widget.
🐛 Bug fixes
Fixed an issue where when trying to answer a survey question on mobile, the tap was misdirected to the next question, and the next choice was automatically selected before answering.
