2026/2 Update Notice

At Attuned, we are making continuous improvements to deepen our understanding of the team and make daily communication and motivation improvements smoother. In this update, we've released several new features and bug fixes, focusing on TalkCoach enhancements and performance improvements.

💬 TalkCoach enhancements

TalkCoach can now analyze up to 4 survey batches for engagements, providing trend insights as well as recent snapshots.
Performance has also been upgraded, and more comprehensive answers can now be returned faster.
Fixed an issue where responses were interrupted during long coaching conversations.
Admins can now enable/disable TalkCoach access at the account level, and AI coaching functions can be managed more flexibly.

⚡ Performance and Reliability

Lightweight endpoints are now used to determine targets for engagement analysis, and load times when opening team pages have been drastically reduced.
Even if the translation fails to load, the screen is now displayed properly without going blank.

📅 Calendar and meeting preparation (preview)

From the calendar settings, you can now select the types of meetings (1on1, team meetings, etc.) to be displayed in the calendar view.
Get personalized AI-generated conversation prompts based on each team member's motivators and engagement data before 1on1 meetings.
You can quickly jump from an event card on the calendar to a motivator comparison screen with that team member.
