Add team coaching context to talkCoach
We've added a team coaching context to TalkCoach for managers looking for advice about the whole team. When team context is selected, dedicated prompts are used that take into account team-level motivator data percentiles and strength gaps, and overall team insights are obtained rather than individual comparisons.
How to use:
- Open TalkCoach from the dashboard
- Select theTeamcontext
- Ask questions about team motivators, gaps, and dynamics
Improve team coaching gap analysis
The motivator gap calculation was changed from a method where gap calculation is performed each time to a method that utilizes gap data that has been calculated in advance. Motivators with large differences between managers and teams can be identified more accurately, and stable data-driven answers can be obtained.
Calendar UI/UX improvements
When a meeting is selected in the calendar view, the Motivator Gap panel now automatically switches to target participant data. At the same time, minor improvements have also been made to the overall UI.
How to use:
- Open thecalendar viewon the dashboard
- When you click on a meeting, the Motivator Gap panel automatically refreshes
Notification to confirm saving calendar settings
When saving changes to calendar settings, a notification indicating success is now displayed.
“Keep me logged in” option added
We've added a “Keep me logged in” check box on the login page so that you don't need to re-log in every day.
By checking, the session will be maintained for 14 days.
How to use:
- Visit the login page
- Enter your email and password
- Check “Keep me logged in” before logging in

TalkCoach Team Engagement Responses Made More Concise
The answers to questions about team engagement are now shorter and to the point. “How's the team doing?” Simple questions like these are not long reports, but summaries that can be grasped at a glance are returned.
Guardrail when assessment is not completed
If the motivator assessment has not been completed, the “Compare Motivator Gaps” button is now greyed out and a tooltip explaining why is displayed. Meeting prompts are also hidden to prevent confusion caused by blank or broken displays.
Improved to include sub-teams in team motivation percentiles
The percentile calculation now correctly includes data for all subteams, and the calculation method was changed from average to median. It is less susceptible to outliers and more representative results can be obtained. An error that occurred with managers of large hierarchical teams has also been fixed.
