At Attuned, we are deepening our understanding of the team and making continuous improvements so that managers can act more effectively. Here are the highlights of this update.
💬 TalkCoach improvements
- TalkCoach's coaching contexts have been expanded to 3 types. By selecting a context fromindividual (1on1) /team engagement, you can obtain accurate coaching using data and dedicated prompts suitable for each
- Personal coaching answers have been improved to be shorter and easier to read. The main points are presented first and are in a format that is quick to grasp and act on
- Team coaching is now automatically answered in an optimal style according to the type of question (data confirmation/analysis/advice)
- Significant improvements have been made to engagement coaching. The list of all items was stopped and narrowed down to the top 3 high-priority items, misleading labels were abolished, and 1 recommended action was specified at the end of the response
- TalkCoach and the “Top Motivators” widget on the dashboard have been unified so that motivator rankings match
📊 Engagement Survey/Dashboard Improvements
- “Neutral” answers are now displayed with a gradation whether they are close to being satisfied or unsatisfied. It makes it easier to determine at a glance which areas to take action
- Motivator cards now show avatars of team members with the same motivator at the top

- Added a slider that allows you to batch adjust the number of motivators displayed on the overview page
🐛 Bug fixes
- Fixed an issue where the UI was not updated until the page was reloaded when adding or removing favorite teams
