In order to prevent individuals from being identified, results are not displayed when there are less than 3 engagement respondents. This is an important measure to protect user privacy. On the other hand, in small teams, there are cases where few or all motivators are not displayed even when responses are received, making it difficult for managers to grasp the situation. We're looking at ways to balance privacy and practicality while also enabling smaller teams to gain more useful insights. As an alternative, we are also considering the possibility of providing settings that allow this limit to be adjusted on an account or team basis.
